Whats keeping your kid on the sideline?

Fall is here. The kids are back in school and back in the swing of things if you know what I mean.

Football is in full effect. Wrestling practices are just getting started. The kids are busier then ever and its only September.

With the start of these sports as well as fall baseball leagues, and indoor track and field, kids are getting hurt.

A hand full of these injuries are unpreventable, but a large majority are do to over use and over training.

Don’t think that a child should or could push through and injury, specially when that child is playing the same sport 12 months of the year.

Always be conservative and get an injury checked out or at the least give the child some time to rest the injury.
