I think must of us already know about the detrimental effects of free radicals in the body.

How increase free radical lead to disease such as cancer.

to counteract the free radical.

We have been told for years that vitamins such as A, C and E

as well as minerals like Selenium

are important to help counter act free radicals,

But did you know that exercise also has an antioxidant effect on the body.
