Phillipe Nover

Professional UFC competitor, Phillipe Nover"Dr. Pietro Baio has been giving me adjustments for the past year since I turned full time as a professional UFC fighter. With the addition of all the training I've been doing my body would get sore, drained, and sometimes injured. He has helped me on so many occasions. After every treatment from him I would feel better almost immediately. He definitely knows how to correct injuries through chiropractic adjustments and I would recommend him to any professional athlete, amateur athlete, or normal everyday person." - Phillipe Nover

Paulie " The Magic Man" Malignaggi

Paulie " The Magic Man" Malignaggi "Doctor Baio is a true professional. He treats each of his patients with respect and the utmost care. He has provided not only chiropractic care for me but has helped in recommending different methods on how to prevent injuries. Dr. Baio can often be found at our training facilities were he helps the younger athletes with pre and post workout stretching techniques. Dr. B as we know him around Brooklyn, has also been instrumental in guiding me through the process of obtaining a new state of the art mouth guard, he was there every step of the way attending each fitting with me.I would recommend Dr. B for all your chiropractic needs." - Paul Malignaggi

Dr. B Asks some important questions of interest to Brooklyn residents - Chiropractor Brooklyn Dr. B Asks...

Why is a "slipped disc" unlikely?
Separating each spinal vertebra is a disc. Its fibrous outer ring holds in a jelly-like material. Because of the way a disc attaches to the spinal bones above and below it, it can't actually "slip." However, a disc can bulge, tear, herniate, thin and collapse. But it can't slip.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
