Can't beat the beets

A few months back, I wrote about the benefits of spinach

to aid with your workout and recovery in between interval training sessions.

A new study reinforces the benefits of vegetable with nitrates

such as spinach and beets.

It seems just a few beets or a plate of spinach

are all you need to see the benefits in your workout.
